Important booking information

Booking tickets at The Beacon is easy, and our friendly team is here to help!

There are three main ways to book: in person, by phone, and online.

Pre-booked tickets can be collected from the Box Office in advance or on the night of the performance.

How to book

Our Box Office is open:

Monday to Friday: 9am – 5pm

Performance days: from 90 minutes before the show starts until 30 minutes after it begins.

Book by Phone

Call 01235 763456 during Box Office hours (Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm) to book your tickets.

Book Online

You can book tickets anytime via the What’s On page on our website.

Access Requirements

If you have access needs or require wheelchair seating, please call 01235 763456.

Once we’ve noted your access requirements, we can update your online account so you can book accessible seating for future performances directly online. This helps us ensure accessible seats go to those who need them.

Payment Options

We accept cash and most credit and debit cards. There is no booking fee for payments made in person or by phone. A £2 processing fee per online transaction (not per ticket) applies to web bookings.
