Mindful yoga class gives you a little more time to get into poses and tips to make it easier if you need to. This new class is perfect for beginners or easing back into exercise. Working with poses, sequences, and balances, the 75 minute class varies each week.
Longer session of movement then into relaxation. Breathing techniques with mindfulness to calm and closing with stretches ready for your rest of day.
