The Challow is our medium sized room situated on the ground floor.
The room boasts a sprung wooden floor, plenty of natural light, wooden barres and large mirrors adorning the walls.

With mirrors on two of the walls, it is a bright and cheerful room, always spotlessly clean and easily accessed on the ground floor through the Coffee Shop which is a very popular after-class stop for my members.
