Booking and Refund Policy

  1. The Beacon Box Office is open: 

Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 4:30pm 

Saturday: Activity dependent 

Sunday: Closed 

Performance Days: Open 90 minutes before any scheduled performance

  1. Entry Requirements

All audience members must have a valid ticket to enter a performance. 

Members of the press may request complimentary tickets by contacting The Beacon directly. 

 

  1. Reservations

Unpaid reservations are not accepted. 

Customers cannot pay for reservations on the night of a show. 

 

  1. Audience Protocol

To maintain a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere: 

Management reserves the right to refuse admission or eject attendees for disruptive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour. 

Photography and recording during performances is strictly prohibited. 

Mobile phones must be turned off or switched to silent. 

No glass should be taken into the auditorium unless stated by the duty manager. 

 

  1. Ticket Pricing

Ticket prices vary by performance and are listed on the relevant event page. 

 

  1. Group & Family Tickets

Group booking discounts may be available for selected performances. 

Family ticket offers are available for some shows.

  1. Carers

Essential carers may attend free of charge when accompanying the person they care for. Proof of carer status must be provided. 

 

 

  1. Children & Babies

Children aged 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult. 

Babes in arms (under 2 years) may attend family-specific shows for free unless the show is aimed at this age range. 

For ease of access, it is recommended to book seats on the end of a row. 

 

  1. Refunds & Exchanges

All tickets are non-refundable. 

Exchanges may be offered at the discretion of the Duty Manager. 

If tickets are lost, customers should notify the Box Office immediately.  

In the event that a show is sold out, a refund can only be given if the ticket can be sold to a patron on the waiting list.
