Jennifer is a qualified EXTEND teacher and offers safe exercise to music, reducing the symptoms of age-related conditions and improving mobility, stamina, balance and co-ordination. EXTEND classes focus on active seated workouts and can include standing exercises for those who are able to do them but primarily, they’re FUN!
